Welcome to The Maria Collection Villas. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all reservations, stays, and services provided by The Maria Collection Villas (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or staying in one of our villas, you (“the guest” or “you”) agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Reservations and Bookings

Reservations can be made directly through our official website, authorized travel partners, or via our concierge team.

A valid ID and minimum age of 21 years are required to make a booking.

All reservations are subject to availability and written confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse a reservation at our discretion.
2. Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, wire transfer, or approved digital payment platforms.
3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in to cover potential damages or incidentals.

The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund, minus any transaction fees.

Cancellations between 30–59 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
-
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
-
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.
5. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must respect the property, furnishings, and local community.

Parties or events are only permitted with prior written approval.

Smoking is prohibited inside the villas.
-
Pets are allowed only in designated villas and must be confirmed before booking.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
7. Additional Services
We offer a range of premium services such as private chefs, airport transfers, event planning, wellness sessions, and celebration packages.

All extra services must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Fees for extra services will be clearly communicated and must be paid before or during the stay.
8. Liability

The Maria Collection Villas is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

Guests use the property and amenities at their own risk.
-
We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or interruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, or external service providers.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.
