A legal disclaimer

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation Period: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 60 days before the check-in date for a full refund.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

• No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

2. Refunds

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Bank or card processing fees, if any, are non-refundable.

3. Early Departure

• Guests who decide to check out earlier than their scheduled departure date are not entitled to any refund for unused nights.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

• In cases of extraordinary events (e.g., natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or emergencies), Maria Collection Villas will review requests for cancellations or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
